Grade 3 · 2 pages · A4What each level generates
Grade 3 fact checking — the exact skill behind each difficulty setting, straight from the generator.
- Level 1True or false: the smaller facts
- Level 2True or false: the harder facts
- Level 3Which product is bigger?
Grade levels follow the progression common to most English-language curricula — not one specific national curriculum. Every level shows exactly what it generates, so you can check the fit with your own program. See the full scope & sequence →
More Grade 3 times tables skills
Each one generates a different kind of question, with its own three levels and answer key.
- One Table at a TimeThe whole sheet drills a single table, named at the top — the fastest way to fix one gap.
- Mixed FactsFacts from several tables jumbled together, so every answer comes from memory.
- Missing FactorThe answer is given and one factor is blank — the thinking behind sharing into groups.
- Counting in StepsCount on and back in equal steps — the pattern underneath every table.
- Three-Factor ChainsThree numbers multiplied in a row, so children learn to pick the friendly pair first.
Frequently asked questions
▸What order should my child learn the times tables in?
A common order: 2, 5, 10 first, then 4 and 8 (doubles of doubles), then 3 and 6, with 7 and 9 last. By then most of their facts are already known from the other direction, which shrinks the job considerably.
▸How do I test all the tables together?
Open the Mixed Facts skill and set the third level, Every fact: product or missing factor — it draws across the whole fact space in random order and hides either the product or a factor. When those come back fast and accurate, the Multiplication worksheets are the natural next step.
▸What does the Shuffle button do?
It generates a completely new set of questions at the same grade, skill, level and count. Each shuffle gets its own link, so you can save several different versions of the same drill.
▸Do the sheets print on A4 or US Letter?
Both — pick your paper size in the controls and the preview and PDF reflow to match exactly, so nothing is clipped at the margins.
▸Is there an answer key for marking?
Yes. Tick the answer key box and the key prints on a separate final page with numbered answers, easy to keep aside while your student works or to hand over for self-marking.
